How much will your services cost?
Generally, our fees depend on the type of legal services required. Attorneys fee do not include any government processing fees and expenses where applicable. Fee details are provide after we have received the client’s intake form.
How long will my case take to resolve?
The length of time it takes to resolve cases depend on a number factors too numerous to mention. With immigration cases, the Firm has no control over government processing times and cannot guarantee processing times or outcomes
What are the chances of winning my case?
At H&C Law we provide no assurances that the government will grant your immigration benefits or that legal disputes will necessarily be resolved in your favor. However the Firm will, at all times, diligently carry out lawful instructions in an ethical manner, with utmost good faith to ensure the best successful outcome for clients.
How will you communicate with me throughout the process?
Communication with client is through written letters, emails and telephone. The Firm shall communicate with the client directly at all times. We shall not speak to third parties or share client information with anyone including the client’s spouse without written authorization from the client.
When calling H&C Law, please leave a detailed voice message if the call is unanswered. The voice message must state the client’s full name, case number (if any), telephone number and a reason for the call. We care about our clients and endeavors to return calls with 72hours of receipt. With clients seeking office visits, the Firm may elect to schedule a virtual meeting as the need arises to reach out to the client in a more expeditious manner.
What are your fees and payment terms?
Our fees are payable by check, electronic, bank deposits/transfer and cash. Retainer deposits must be paid in full prior to attorney commencing legal services
